Replatformed a legacy DMS stack into a unified SaaS that powers inspections, inventory, customer comms, and analytics across a multi-region dealer network.

Fragmented dealer tools, mobile-unfriendly inspection workflows, slow reporting, and no single source of truth across regions.

Solution

Built a multi-tenant Next.js platform with role-based access, offline-capable inspection PWAs, a unified data warehouse, and real-time dashboards for ops leaders.
